Thoroughly enjoyed it - just what I needed. Managed to fall asleep more than once because I was so relaxed. Felt completely revitalised after the sessions. Looking forward to the next course in October.

I really, really enjoyed the course. I feel it has been a real awakening. Andrew is very gentle and leads the group with great sensitivity, encouraging us to work at our own pace and answering our questions clearly. I don't know what I was expecting but it's more than exceeded anything I could have hoped for. I feel much calmer and focused.

I have noticed that since starting the course I have been more mindful every day. I have also noticed feeling more patient with and accepting of everyday stresses! I would definitely recommend this course - in fact I intend to book on to the next course. The 2.5 hours flies by and every moment is totally enjoyable.
